2. Český Krumlov, Czech Republic
The town of Český Krumlov is a place out of a fairy-tale. Located in the Czech region of Bohemia and considered by many to be one of the most picturesque towns in Europe, its streets are made of small cobblestones and a stunning castle sits above a river.

Ksamil beach in Albania is an ideal place for anyone seeking a quiet life. With its mild Mediterranean climate, tangerines, fish and local cuisine, this place will become one of your favorites. Compared to neighboring Greece or Italy, it is cheap to live — about $100-200 for apartment rent for a month, and a drink for 90 cents.

Las Trancas is a famous place in South America where you can experience fantastic mountain views, rent an accommodation for $300 a month, and go skiing all the time. The only downside? Here it is is always winter.
